I started blogging as Ontheland and tweeting as Ontheland1 when I moved to the country near Kingston, Ontario, Canada. Blog challenges have led me to experiment with writing poetry and taking photos. Our natural world is one of my deepest concerns...the joy of it and how we can take better care. We live in important times, potentially an historical transition to renewable energy and other sustainable ways of living.
