This makes me think of a recent experience where I had to spend quite a bit of time on hold listening to a classical music recording that was scratchy and skipping and then speeding up and slowing down. Over and over. Loved this poem, it’s true to life!
Thanks Claudia. The haiku ‘hold experience’ was almost pleasant…the jazz would have been a nice background except for the voice interrupts. Sometimes the sound quality or the selections are very unpleasant as I imagine that scratchy recording was.
