Nice one….. At first the rain is a change, even at times fun, but the novelty soon wares off, particularly when your water proofs haven’t dried from the last outing 💦🙄

Thank you 🙂 Yes, constant dampness does change things…

I was walking in the rain yesterday. I love it when the weather warms up enough to do that.

Yes there is probably an optimum time for rain…(for walking pleasure)

I agree. A nice warmish day, and the rain can feel great. I have often walked or run in rain and there is something kind of nice and enclosed about it.

I used to battle with them in the windy city . They were forever snapping….now I rarely pull one out.

A rain where an umbrella is unnecessary is a good one! (K)

I could see this fitting into Japanese anthology.

Thank you 🙂 There is so much haiku and tanka to read out there. I’ve definitely read more haiku than tanka so my frame of reference is more shaky for tanka.
