Love the veg. I just used some that I got at a local farmers market for a stir-fry.
I thing our veg prices are going to go through the roof come fall. Very odd weather for growing.
Too much rain this spring, late planting – then some weeks of too much heat followed by more rains.
I didn’t get a container garden in this year.
Yes it has been a weird year for growing. Some of my harvest seem less but fortunately with only two of us it is still ‘enough’. Looks like I won’t have to invent 50 ways to cook zucchini and my thoughts of donations are off for this year.
I’ve done zucchini spaghetti, zucchini lasagna, stir fry, sandwiches, pizza, etc but not this year, the output is steady but modest (I think it is the weather and the type of zucchini is less productive than the one I hope to return to next year).

Ha ha. I know about the zucchini hit and runs. Leave a bag of veg, ring the door bell and run. 😉
I picked up one of those curly cutters to make strands like spaghetti. Not quite the same when you are expecting pasta.
Always good in stir fry… most veggies anyway. 😉
