The similarity between yoga stretches and the natural movements of dogs and cats never ceases to impress me.

  1. oh isn’t it remarkable? I mean really. I’m always so impressed at their flexibility and agility and think “if only” – but for the lack of grace go I. LOL

I’m particularly enamoured by the words/phrase “borrowed intelligence” … how curious – and it certainly adds another dimension to this …. we are so often “less than” our creature companions in terms of space-place and time. Still, we try. And if borrowed intelligence is what we need, then so mote it be.

(thanks for stopping in btw – it’s appreciated – and hope this week is a wonderful one)

    1. Thanks for your thoughts about borrowed intelligence…if it wasn’t borrowed altogether I suspect it (the intelligence) faded and was remembered while observing animals…and it’s been a pleasure dropping by to read your poems. Cheers!
