  1. This is inspiring. That sound of falling water does effect consciousness. This post makes me think I will I drive out to our local waterfall after I’ve done my jobs for the day. 🙂

    1. A wonderful idea. It’s been so hot around here lately my excursions have been kept to a minimum. My main water experience is filling buckets for the garden and enjoying the coldness of the tap water 😉

  2. Yes! Janice, this is brilliant and exactly captures a waterfall, its force and energy, the ‘transformative power’! This reminds me instantly of a major waterfall on the Swedish / Norwegian border which we visit every year. It’s mind-blowing, and we sit in awe and listen to the ‘thunderous torrent’ – it’s endless. We often climb to the top of the waterfall and stand on the bridge overlooking the water – amazing. And very humbling!

  3. I have always liked the ‘white noise’ of falling water.
I tried to have a mini falls in my home with a running fountain.
    It isn’t the same.
The power of water is amazing.
