Beauty visits
curves in empty roads,
clouded skies
pleasing perceptions,
an onlooker’s prize
~
My reflections on beauty come from considering Paul Coelho lines featured in Carpe Diem #1319. Here I suggest that beauty is a form of visitation or visit, the Tuesday theme of dVerse Poets Pub.

I like the idea of beauty visiting the onlooker.

The title goes with that old adage, “beauty is in the eye of the beholder.” Which I definitely believe is true!
I like the idea that beauty visits the roadway, the clouds….really anyplace we look. It’s the onlooker’s prize if we choose to seek it, right?
So glad you participated tonight! 🙂

Thanks Lillian…that saying was certainly on my mind…beauty depending more on the perceiver than on what or who is seen

I too like the thoughts that beauty visits us everywhere. The photo illustrates your point beautifully.

And what a beauty the sky displayed on its visitation. We need but keep our eyes and mind open.
