Ditch water ripples
sighing by straw yellow grass
crisp snow patches wait.

I was inspired to write a haiku by Carpe Diem Namasté, The Spiritual Way #6 Haiku’s State of Mind — Zen. I wrote the poem Saturday morning before snow patches had melted and decided later on to take a photo to help those readers not familiar with roadside ditches.
Impressive! 😎🌹

Thank you …. one revolution led us to where we are and now we need another to prevent further natural disaster.
